We encourage you to submit comments on the draft FY 2011 Promise Neighborhoods Notice by the deadline of April 11, 2011. While the funding for the program is still unclear, communities have the opportunity to weigh in on the priorities and grant criteria outlined in the notice as well as how available resources could be distributed between planning and implementation grants once the full allocation for Promise Neighborhoods is finalized.
