DOE to host Promise Neighborhood Webinar for Rural Communities

In addition to the general Planning and Implementation Grant webinars, the Department of Education (DOE) will host a webinar specifically for rural communities interested in applying for a Promise Neighborhood Grant on Monday, July 18th.
